DESCRIPTION
Damned "Conserved" on a racing frame from the early 1940s. The "Cairo" decals still visible on the head tube, seat tube and top tube indicate the brand of the dealer of this frame of Piedmontese origin whose manufacturer / frame builder is unknown. The high-level construction and aesthetic details, such as the well-worked joints and the headset, as well as the painting and decoration of the head tube, define a frame of great value. The particular tone resulting from the relationship between the surviving cream color of the livery with the negative of the red color of the epoxy primer, allows us to set up the bicycle with both cream-colored and earth-colored tires, without distorting the character of the bike or creating exaggerated contrasts.
